Mahbod Tajdini

MSc Data Science · ETH Zürich & University of Zürich

working on 3D computer vision

I am a graduate student at ETH Zürich and the University of Zürich, specializing in computer vision and robotic perception. I work on dynamic visual SLAM at the Computer Vision and Geometry Lab (CVG) under the supervision of Dr. Dániel Béla Baráth and Prof. Marc Pollefeys, and on multi-device visual-inertial SLAM at a Zürich-based stealth startup.

Previously, I researched self-supervised graph learning for histopathology at EPFL (LTS4), supervised by Dr. Cédric Vincent-Cuaz and Prof. Pascal Frossard, and received my BSc in Artificial Intelligence cum laude from VU Amsterdam.

I am actively looking for a Ph.D. position in 3D vision or robotic perception, starting from Fall 2028.
